[Hiring] Lawmatics Systems Administrator @Corcoran Smith Law Corp.

Role Description

You will own the firm Lawmatics environment and the intake pipeline it drives.

• Administer Lawmatics, including users, pipelines, and permissions
• Build and maintain intake forms, matter-type routing, and lead scoring
• Design automations, drip campaigns, and follow-up sequences
• Build document automation and e-signature workflows
• Maintain the Lawmatics and Clio sync and other integrations
• Produce intake, conversion, and marketing attribution reporting

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience working for a U.S.-based law firm
• Three or more years working U.S. business hours
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• A professional, private, quiet home office
• A primary internet connection plus a separate backup internet connection
• A backup power source capable of covering a full shift
• A laptop less than five years old

Requirements

• Lawmatics certification (preferred)
• Clio and Lawmatics integration experience (preferred)
• Marketing attribution and funnel reporting (preferred)

Benefits

• PHP ₱312 to ₱1,248 per hour, set by role, prior experience, and scope of responsibility
