Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• Must currently reside in California.
• 4+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Demonstrated experience drafting substantive motions, including summary judgment motions, demurrers, or discovery motions.
• Excellent legal research, persuasive writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage complex legal research and motion drafting responsibilities.
• Insurance defense or other civil litigation defense experience is preferred.
• Courtroom motion argument experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Have 4+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Substantial experience drafting substantive motions, including motions for summary judgment, demurrers, or discovery motions, is required.
