[Hiring] Family Law Paralegal @Dellino Family Law Group

Role Description

We’re looking for a paralegal who’s ready to dive into litigation, keep things organized, and maybe even laugh at our Slack memes. You’ll be the right hand to our attorneys, the calm in the chaos, and the master of all things calendared.

• Communicating with clients like the compassionate pro you are
• Keeping attorney calendars and court deadlines under control (like a boss)
• Drafting pleadings, client letters, and the occasional motion (with flair and accuracy)
• Prepping for mediations and trials like a backstage magician
• E-filing, scanning, organizing, and generally keeping digital chaos at bay
• Being present in client meetings and helping them feel heard (and not lost in legalese)

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Washington State family law experience and the court rules of King, Snohomish, and Pierce counties (others are a bonus!) required.
• A working knowledge of ShareFile, Adobe, Office 365, Slack, Apple products, and Clio—or the ability to fake it till you make it
• Solid communication, stellar writing skills, and a kind heart
• E-filing ninja skills
• A sense of humor, because family law isn’t always sunshine and rainbows
• A strong desire to be part of a team that supports one another
• The ability to meet billable hour requirements without losing your soul

Requirements

• 3+ years of Washington State family law experience and the court rules of King, Snohomish, and Pierce counties (others are a bonus!) required.
