Role Description
The Paralegal Specialist provides paralegal support for specific practice areas under limited attorney supervision. This role is to support the Arity Legal Counseling team within Business Law. This individual serves as a subject matter expert regarding:

Contracts workflows and processes

Contract templates and drafting

Legal research and contract signing processes
The Paralegal Specialist proactively identifies, summarizes, and monitors relevant issues. This role also manages the intake of new matters and gathers matter-related documents for the attorney to analyze, assisting with contract preparation.
Qualifications

Applicants must meet the regulatory and qualification standards applicable to the paralegal profession in the state where work is performed; OR an equivalent combination of education and a minimum of five (5) years of relevant paralegal experience.

4+ years of paralegal experience in a corporate legal environment.

Experience supporting multiple attorneys within a high-volume fast-paced legal environment.

Demonstrated knowledge of corporate and/or compliance processes.

Demonstrated expertise utilizing Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Extensive experience leveraging Microsoft 365 to support collaboration, communication, and workflow efficiency.

Proficient in Microsoft 365 productivity and collaboration tools.

Compensation offered for this role is $28.03 - $42.99 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
