[Hiring] Corporate Paralegal @Innovas

Role Description

The Corporate Paralegal is a key member of the Corporate Operations team responsible for supporting contract operations, legal operations, and corporate governance across the organization. This role ensures contracts, legal documentation, and corporate records are organized, compliant, and efficiently managed while supporting the company's continued growth.

This position serves as the operational liaison between the business and outside legal counsel, coordinating legal reviews, managing contract workflows, maintaining corporate records, and supporting the administration of vendor agreements, NDAs, licensing, and corporate governance activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, experienced in Department of Defense contracting, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies, Legal Studies, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of paralegal or legal operations experience; priority will be given to candidates with experience supporting Department of Defense, federal government, or government contracting organizations.
• Experience reviewing, drafting, and administering commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and NDAs.
• Experience working directly with outside legal counsel.
• Experience supporting contract lifecycle management systems and legal document repositories.
• Strong organizational, communication, and document management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements

• Paralegal Certificate (Preferred).
• Experience supporting Department of Defense or Other Transaction Authority (OTA) contracting environments (Preferred).
• Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and government contracting principles (Preferred).
• Experience supporting software licensing, SaaS agreements, and technology vendor contracts (Preferred).
• Experience with CLM platforms, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, or similar enterprise systems (Preferred).
• Familiarity with AI-enabled legal tools and document automation (Preferred).

Benefits

• The salary for this position is $100,000 - $106,000.
