Role Description

WBL is seeking a Corporate Governance Subject Matter Expert to own the operating framework for entity management, corporate filings, resolutions, governance records, intellectual property administration, and support for corporate structuring. This role will ensure WBL's entities and governance documentation remain accurate, current, controlled, and ready to support business activity and expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in legal studies, business, finance, accounting, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• JD, paralegal credential, corporate-governance credential, or entity-management certification is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in corporate governance, entity management, corporate legal operations, securities administration, or a related in-house or law-firm function.
• Demonstrated experience with formations, dissolutions, qualifications, annual filings, resolutions, and corporate records.
• Experience supporting corporate structuring, transactions, audits, or due-diligence requests.
• Strong project-management, drafting, quality-control, and stakeholder-management skills.
