Role Description

You will own the firm Clio environment end to end.

• Administer Clio Manage and Clio Grow, including users, roles, and permissions
• Design and maintain matter types, custom fields, and folder structures
• Build task workflows, automations, and document automation templates
• Configure and maintain integrations, including billing and payments
• Build and maintain reporting for firm leadership
• Own data hygiene, deduplication, imports, and migrations

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience working for a U.S.-based law firm
• Three or more years working U.S. business hours
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• A professional, private, quiet home office
• A primary internet connection plus a separate backup internet connection
• A backup power source capable of covering a full shift
• A laptop less than five years old

Requirements

• Clio certification (preferred)
• Clio Payments and billing configuration (preferred)
• API, Zapier, or Make integration work (preferred)

Benefits

• PHP ₱312 to ₱1,248 per hour, set by role, prior experience, and scope of responsibility
