Role Description

CDL Nuclear Technologies is seeking an Assistant Corporate Counsel to support our growing national organization. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with Corporate Counsel, executive leadership, operations, compliance, finance, human resources, and commercial teams while providing legal guidance across a broad range of business matters.

Qualifications

• A minimum of five years of corporate, commercial, healthcare, or transactional legal experience is preferred.
• Experience within a reputable business law firm, healthcare organization, in-house legal department, or highly regulated business environment is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Healthcare regulatory or healthcare transactional experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with vendor agreements, customer contracts, service agreements, technology agreements, NDAs, and other commercial arrangements.
• Experience involving HIPAA, healthcare compliance, fraud and abuse considerations, state licensure, accreditation, Certificate of Need processes, or facility-related regulatory matters is a plus.

• Ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, practical, and business-oriented guidance.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across legal, compliance, finance, commercial, operations, human resources, and executive leadership teams.
