[Hiring] Atlassian IT Service Manager @ECS Tech Inc

Role Description

Everforth ECS is seeking an Atlassian IT Service Manager to work remotely. We are looking for a creative, meticulous, and tenacious Atlassian Engineer to join our team supporting a federal customer. In this role, you will:

• Work directly with customers and stakeholders to analyze requirements.
• Design solutions and implement enhancements across the Atlassian tool suite.
• Improve collaboration and streamline workflows to support mission delivery.
• Serve as an administrator for Jira and Confluence environments.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize the platforms to meet evolving project and organizational needs.
• Translate business requirements into technical configurations.
• Document system processes and deliver user training to ensure adoption and effectiveness.
• Assist in Atlassian Datacenter migration to Atlassian Government Cloud (SaaS).

Qualifications

• US Citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field or 7 years of relevant experience.
• 7+ years of experience administering Jira and Confluence for software development and/or operations teams.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and how they are implemented within Jira.
• Experience developing JSM solutions.
• Familiarity with forms and reporting design, data modeling, and scalable configuration solutions for large organizations.
• Prior experience supporting customers in a federal consulting or government contracting environment.

Benefits

• Salary Range: $130,000-$160,000.
