[Hiring] Active Directory/Exchange Consultant @KAYGEN

Role Description

Be responsible for the end to end delivery of a Microsoft active directory, Exchange, Teams, Office 365, and cloud infrastructure in highly secured environment.

• Work with multiple teams to manage IT projects across several different tenants and cloud providers.
• Be aware of the overall technical scope and architecture for projects assigned; update regularly.
• Review the completeness and quality of the project for work completed by team members.
• Work with the tech lead for your projects to deliver documents required for the project.
• Work with the implementation project manager and tech leads to plan the delivery of the project scope.
• Coordinate across related workstreams both within and external to the project to identify & manage dependencies, integrations, or other critical coordination activities.
• Provide status reporting for tasks into the overall project plan.
• Manage client relationship, communications, expectations, and escalations, including reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
• Current Secret or better clearance required
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Exchange, Teams, and Office 365 Cloud Email
• Experience working with Federal and State government environments
• Minimum 5 years leading and delivering large scale, global, complex technology implementations
• Experience leading teams, prioritizing work, raising risks
• Exceptional project management skills
• People management experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Strong strategic-thinking skills with an ability to collaborate with team members on best practices
• Consultative approach toward clients
• Excellent documentation skills including architectural design documents (Visio and the like) and user facing knowledge transfer documentation
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including experience in creating professional presentations that summarize complex issues
