[Hiring] OpenShift AI Consultant @Mount Indie

Role Description

Mount Indie is seeking a Senior Consultant with strong experience in Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform and the ability to quickly learn and support Red Hat OpenShift AI. This is a primarily remote consulting opportunity totaling approximately 900 hours, averaging 20 hours per week, with potential onsite requirements in the Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) area. U.S. citizenship is required. Candidates with a background or recent experience in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) are preferred.

• Deploy, configure, and support Red Hat OpenShift environments with a focus on OpenShift AI capabilities.
• Develop expertise in Red Hat OpenShift AI, including MLflow and Feast components.
• Support the integration and management of AI/ML workloads within OpenShift environments.
• Assist with the configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of OpenShift AI tools and services.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support AI/ML infrastructure and application requirements.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize the performance and reliability of OpenShift environments.
• Provide technical guidance and support for implementing OpenShift AI solutions.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Senior-level hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform.
• Ability to quickly learn and support Red Hat OpenShift AI, including MLflow and Feast.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes, containerization, and OpenShift administration.
• Experience deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting applications and services within OpenShift.
• Background or recent experience in AI/ML technologies preferred.
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows, model management, or data infrastructure is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a primarily remote consulting environment.
• Flexibility to travel onsite to the DMV area if needed.
