Role Description

The Temporary Contract Recruiter will provide immediate, high-capacity recruiting support during a period of heavy requisition volume. This hands-on, execution-focused role requires an experienced recruiter who can quickly learn established processes and independently advance multiple searches.

• Comfortable working with undefined details while maintaining a strong candidate experience, high-quality documentation, and effective hiring-manager partnerships.
• Take full ownership of an assigned requisition portfolio.
• Create measurable capacity by anticipating needs, communicating early, and reliably completing commitments.
• Independent execution without extensive day-to-day direction.
• Adherence to established recruiting processes rather than creation of a separate process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated success independently managing 15+ concurrent, distinct requisitions.
• Direct recruiting experience in custom-manufacturing or project-based environments.
• Experience recruiting for engineering, design, project management, production, operations, supply chain, commercial, and corporate roles.
• Advanced, hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, including direct sourcing and pipeline management.
• Strong ATS discipline and experience maintaining accurate recruiting documentation and data.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels, including technical and specialized roles.
• Polished written and verbal communication and strong hiring-manager partnership skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize, remain accountable, and deliver independently in changing or incompletely defined environments.
• Ability to work the stated schedule and meet the remote-work, calendar-transparency, and video-participation expectations of the assignment.

Requirements

• Consistent availability during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Keep the work calendar current and communicate planned and unexpected conflicts promptly.
• Maintain a reliable, distraction-managed remote work environment.
• Active video participation is expected during recruiting activities and meetings.
• Learn quickly, take notes, and move forward without waiting for step-by-step direction.
• Follow established standards for documentation and communication.
• Meet commitments and provide status visibility.
• Be fully present during onboarding and process training.
