Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in technical talent sourcing.
• Strong communicator.
• Persistent and relationship-oriented.
• Excellent at LinkedIn/Boolean sourcing.
• Comfortable convincing passive candidates to join a professional talent network.

Requirements

• Source talented IT professionals through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, communities, and other channels.
• Identify strong candidates across multiple technology domains and understand their skills and project experience.
• Approach candidates and effectively communicate the benefits of joining AskMeIdentity’s talent bench.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with candidates and keep them engaged.
• Obtain candidate consent to market their profiles for suitable client opportunities.
• Maintain accurate candidate profiles, resumes, skills, availability, and preferences.
• Continuously expand and refresh the active talent bench.
• Work with recruiters and business development teams to match bench talent with client requirements.
• Track sourcing, conversion, engagement, and bench-building metrics.
