Role Description

Make payday flawless for people in six countries.

• Own payroll (your #1 priority).
• Process payroll from start to finish: new hires, exits, pay changes, deductions, and off-cycle payments, with audits before and after every run.
• Keep benefits clean.
• Enroll new hires, process terminations, and handle life-event changes in benefits systems, keeping deductions in sync with payroll.
• Be the data go-to.
• Pull payroll, benefits, and employee reports so the team can answer employees, managers, Finance, and vendors fast.
• Make it better.
• Build and sharpen the trackers and checklists that keep recurring work running like clockwork.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on payroll and/or benefits administration experience.
• Multi-country payroll experience, ideally the US, UK, Canada, or India.
• A bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, HR, or a related field.
• Excel skills that make lookups, pivots, and reconciliations feel easy.
• Clear, confident English, written and spoken.
• Availability to work US Eastern hours (8 AM–5 PM ET standard).

Requirements

• ADP or another enterprise payroll platform, EOR provider experience, US benefits know-how, or a payroll certification (FPC/CPP or equivalent).
