Role Description

• To partner with leaders, functions and the wider People & Culture Team to identify current and future learning, capability and development needs across the business.
• To shape, deliver and evaluate talent and development solutions, programmes and initiatives that support organisational performance, capability development and business growth.
• To utilise learning technology, data, insight and innovative approaches to create scalable, engaging and effective learning experiences for colleagues.

• Business Partnering: Build strong relationships with leaders, stakeholders and the wider People & Culture Team to understand business priorities, identify learning and capability needs, and shape appropriate talent and development solutions.
• Programme Design & Delivery: Lead and support the design, facilitation and delivery of learning and development programmes, including leadership and management interventions, ensuring they are aligned to organisational priorities and deliver measurable impact.
• Talent Technology & Digital Learning: Leverage learning technologies and digital solutions to enhance learning experiences, ensuring they are engaging, accessible, inclusive and capable of supporting multiple development pathways across the organisation.
• Learning Platform Management: Support the ongoing development, adoption and optimisation of myLearning and other learning technologies, ensuring they remain user-friendly, effective and aligned to business needs.
• Large-Scale Talent Initiatives & Projects: Lead and support enterprise-wide learning, capability and development initiatives that contribute to organisational priorities, colleague development, organisational change and business growth.
• Data, Insight & Evaluation: Use data, insight and evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of learning and development activity, providing recommendations that support continuous improvement and evidence-based decision making.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging trends in learning, leadership, talent development, learning technology and AI-enabled solutions, recommending and implementing improvements that enhance organisational capability and learning effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with stakeholders to identify learning, capability or development needs and translate them into practical solutions.
• Experience designing and delivering Leadership and Management solutions and knowledge of theories and methodologies.
• Experience designing, delivering or facilitating learning and development programmes.
• Experience managing or utilising learning technologies and digital learning platforms.
• Experience using data and insight to evaluate learning effectiveness and drive improvements.

Requirements

• Experience leading large-scale organisational learning or capability initiatives.
• Knowledge of learning technologies, AI-enabled learning solutions and digital learning trends.
• CIPD qualification or relevant professional development qualification.
• Experience operating within a large, complex organisation.
