[Hiring] Future Talent and Planning Specialist @Alzheimer's Society

Role Description

As our Future Talent & Planning Specialist, you’ll help us answer questions about future workforce needs and how to plan for them. You’ll work across the Society to:

• Understand our future workforce needs and turn that insight into practical plans.
• Use workforce planning, labour market insight, and future skills trends to identify gaps and develop plans.
• Develop future talent pipelines, create new career pathways, and strengthen early careers opportunities.
• Build partnerships with education providers, employability organisations, and community groups.
• Create meaningful routes into work and make careers at Alzheimer’s Society more accessible.

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning and understanding of future skills and capability needs.
• Ability to analyze current workforce data and future requirements.
• Experience in talent development, career pathways, and early careers activity.
• Comfortable working with workforce data and other sources of insight.

Requirements

• Experience developing and delivering workforce planning, future talent, early careers, employability, or talent development initiatives.
• Ability to assess current and future workforce needs and identify skills or capability gaps.
• Capability to use workforce data and emerging skills trends to inform planning and decision-making.
• Enjoy building relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Project management skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Curiosity about future workforce trends, emerging skills, technology, and AI.
• Commitment to creating fairer, more accessible routes into work and career progression.
