Role Description

Mygrant Glass Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract, engage, and hire talented people across our organization. This is a hands-on, full-cycle recruiting role supporting positions from entry-level warehouse employees through mid-level management. You'll partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, manage candidates throughout the selection process, and help build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Join our team remotely and support hiring efforts across markets nationwide. You’ll work with hiring managers and candidates across multiple time zones, shifting priorities as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3-5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar in a high-volume environment.
• Experience in warehousing, supply chain, and/or industrial manufacturing fields preferred.
• MS Office application and Excel Skills.
• Certification obtained from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) or Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) preferred.

Requirements

• Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks like LinkedIn.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS); expertise with the ADP ATS preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Self-directed and detail-oriented with an excellent ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Ability to multi-task and service multiple internal clients simultaneously.

Physical Demands

• This position requires close visual acuity to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
• Ability to perceive the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction, and making fine discriminations in sound.
• Exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 15 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position and/or upright, for prolonged periods of time, traverse stairs, reach overhead, squat, bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch occasionally during 8-10-hour work shift.
