Role Description

AS A TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST, YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Partner with hiring managers across the organization to further understand hiring needs
• Participate in the full life-cycle of recruiting, including: pre-screening candidates, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, onboarding documentation etc.
• Work closely with our recruiting and operations teams to develop a pipeline of candidates in niche areas as determined by market needs and business strategies
• Utilize both standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent and find qualified candidates in your market.
• Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events, college campuses, training institutes, job fairs etc.
• Implement recruiting ideas and strategies to contribute to the future growth of the company
• Maintain job posts and assist in the creation of standardized Job Descriptions
• Create and send out candidate offer letters with salary negotiations
• Coordinate with practice leads and the recruiting team to ensure regular follow-up with candidates and own the candidate experience to ensure it's always positive
• Always maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
• Conduct necessary onboarding sessions with the new hires

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience (must be within the Salesforce and/or Amazon (AWS) space)
• Prior experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiting is a plus
• Proficient with Google Suite (word, sheets, calendar)
• Excellent communicators must be comfortable & confident on the phone
• Competitive and goal-oriented with appropriate attention to detail
• Passion for establishing and maintaining relationships with recruited consultants
• Works well both independently & as a team

• Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
• California Annual Salary Range: $70,350 to $154,800 USD
• Cleveland Annual Salary Range: $59,100 to $123,800 USD
• Colorado Annual Salary Range: $63,800 to $133,700 USD
• District of Columbia Annual Salary Range: $68,000 to $142,400 USD
• Illinois Annual Salary Range: $59,100 to $133,700 USD
• Maryland Annual Salary Range: $63,800 to $133,700 USD
• Massachusetts Annual Salary Range: $63,800 to $142,400 USD
• Minnesota Annual Salary Range: $63,800 to $133,700 USD
• New York Annual Salary Range: $66,300 to $154,800 USD
• New Jersey Annual Salary Range: $68,000 to $154,800 USD
• Washington Annual Salary Range: $80,200 to $142,400 USD
