Role Description

We are looking for a proactive, resourceful, and highly organized Talent Acquisition & Operations Specialist to support our recruitment and operational processes. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, works independently, and consistently drives results without requiring close supervision.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Sourcing talent
• Managing candidate pipelines
• Coordinating recruitment activities
• Maintaining recruiting data
• Supporting operational initiatives

We are seeking someone who naturally anticipates needs, solves problems proactively, and ensures hiring processes move forward efficiently.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Sourcing, Staffing, HR, or related fields.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
• Experience coordinating multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Requirements

• Remote (Colombia)
• Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week
• Advanced English (B2+ to C1)
