[Hiring] Talent Acquisition Intern @TerraByte Green

Role Description

TerraByte Green is a non-profit startup based in North Carolina, focused on the intersection of digital equity and environmental sustainability. We manage e-waste responsibly by refurbishing technology to bridge the digital divide.

This is a fully remote internship, though candidates based in North Carolina, especially those local to our operating area, are preferred. You will work directly with our Founder and CEO and closely with our Social Media Content Intern to manage internship and volunteer recruiting. This is a hands-on opportunity to build real talent acquisition and recruiting operations experience.

What You Will Do

• Learn and manage Dover to post open internship and volunteer roles
• Work with the Social Media Content Intern to post roles on social channels when not covered by Dover
• Screen incoming applications and coordinate candidate communication
• Help refine job postings and recruiting materials over time
• Support scheduling and coordination for candidate interviews

Requirements

• North Carolina residency preferred, open to fully remote candidates
• Commitment of 5 to 10 hours per week for a 3-month internship
• No prior recruiting experience required. We are looking for reliability and curiosity over existing skill
• Reports directly to the Founder and CEO
