Role Description

We have a great opportunity for IKCA Supervisor! The ideal candidate accomplishes company objectives by supervising the daily operations of a team of IKCA's.

LOCATION: REMOTE. However, candidate must reside within Eastern Standard time or Central Standard time zone.

Essential Functions:

• Provide day-to-day supervision to the IKCA Team
• Organize, monitor, evaluate, and manage workflow
• Provide work direction
• Conduct formal and ad hoc training
• Develop and foster a positive, fulfilling work environment
• Manage all teammate employment activity such as hiring, promoting, job performance, and disciplinary actions with appropriate approvals as required
• Address teammate relations issues appropriately, and in a timely manner
• Facilitates teammate development (PDRs, coaching, mentoring, training); collaborates with direct reports to create professional development goals
• Knows, understands, and follows teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedures
• Knows and understands basic wage & hour laws, federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• Review and approve time for non-exempt direct reports
• Track overtime, attendance and PTO
• Attend and/or lead team meetings, phone conferences and trainings as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in Healthcare
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in leadership
• High school diploma or equivalency

Salary Information

The Salary Range for the role is $62,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year.

If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.

• New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $66,300.00/year
• New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $17.00/hour
• Washington Exempt: $80,168.40/year
• Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $19.13/hour
