[Hiring] Staff HR Business Partner @Tenstorrent

Role Description

As a Staff HR Business Partner, you'll work directly with senior leaders across our North America teams on the people side of that growth:

• Org design
• Leveling
• Performance and calibration
• Sensitive employee matters
• Hard conversations in between

This role is remote, based anywhere in the United States or Canada.

Qualifications

• An HRBP who has partnered directly with VP-level leaders and supported a full function or large org, ideally at a company somewhere between a few hundred and a few thousand people.
• Hands-on experience running investigations, calibration cycles, reorgs, and sensitive exits.
• Willingness to provide difficult feedback to senior leaders and assist them in acting on it.
• Curiosity about technical work, with the ability to explain what your client org builds and why it's challenging.
• Experience supporting sales, go-to-market, or operations teams is a plus.

Requirements

• Identify the real causes of people problems and address underlying issues.
• Assist leaders in adapting their work as the company grows, including cross-org issues.
• Make fair org design, leveling, performance, and promotion decisions that withstand scrutiny.
• Facilitate decision-making among leaders with differing priorities, prioritizing the broader team's outcomes.
