Role Description

The Service Talent Manager will lead the strategy and execution of global talent, leadership, and capability development initiatives for the Service organization. This role partners closely with Service leaders to build a high-performing workforce through:

• Leadership development
• Technical capability programs
• Succession planning
• Learning strategies that drive employee growth, service excellence, and exceptional customer experiences

The Service Talent Manager serves as a key advisor to leadership while shaping talent programs that support organizational effectiveness and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Training & Development, Education, or a related field
• 7 to 10+ years of experience in talent development, organizational development, training, service operations, or leadership development
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of people leadership or management experience
• Demonstrated success leading talent development, learning, or organizational effectiveness initiatives
• Experience supporting global or multi-region organizations
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change

Requirements

• Leadership development and coaching expertise
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Learning strategy and instructional design knowledge
• Workforce planning and succession planning experience
• Data analysis and learning measurement expertise
• Knowledge of change management methodologies (Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent)
• Learning Management System (LMS) experience
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, global environment
