The Sr. Team Member Relations Specialist plays a vital role in supporting team members and leaders across the country — helping Mercury remain a place where people feel heard, respected, and supported every single day.

In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to People Business Partners and business leaders, bringing expertise, empathy, and a forward-thinking mindset to everything you do.

• Provide consultation to People Business Partners and business leaders on team member relations matters.
• Investigate team member concerns with care and thoroughness.
• Leverage team member relations data to generate strategic workforce insights.
• Maintain compliance with State and Federal employment laws.
• Develop clear and relevant policies for the workforce of tomorrow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Human Resources or a related field.
• PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification — preferred.
• AWI-CH (Association of Workplace Investigators Certificate Holder) — preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of directly related experience in team member relations.
• Strong value realization and data-driven orientation.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations.
• Strong working knowledge of State and Federal employment laws and policies.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and projects under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
• Effective consultation, active listening, conflict resolution, and presentation skills.
• Strong judgment and discretion.
• Comfort using approved AI and digital tools.
• General understanding of the Property & Casualty insurance industry preferred.
