Role Description

As our Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our growing team. You'll own full-cycle recruiting across the organization, partnering with hiring managers and executives to attract and hire exceptional talent across Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Leadership.

• Serve as a trusted talent advisor, helping leaders define hiring needs, develop effective search strategies, understand talent markets, and make thoughtful hiring decisions.
• Recruit across U.S. and international markets while delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring teams.
• Own the day-to-day administration and optimization of Greenhouse and leverage AI throughout the recruiting lifecycle to improve sourcing, efficiency, quality, and decision-making.
• Bring structure, thoughtfulness, and strong partnership to the recruiting process while maintaining a collaborative, efficient, and high-quality hiring experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth technology or startup environment.
• Demonstrated success recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles, including senior leadership and executive-level positions.
• Strong experience recruiting technical talent, including Software Engineers, Mobile Engineers, Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and other technical and product-focused roles.
• Experience recruiting across U.S. and international markets for remote, globally distributed teams.
• Hands-on experience administering Greenhouse as a primary Applicant Tracking System, including workflows, interview plans, scorecards, reporting, and recruiting operations.
• An AI-native mindset with demonstrated experience using AI to improve recruiting effectiveness, including sourcing, research, outreach, candidate engagement, documentation, analysis, and operational efficiency.
• Exceptional sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and closing skills.
• A proven ability to build trust and partner effectively with hiring managers, senior leaders, and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches, stakeholders, and shifting priorities simultaneously.
• A data-driven mindset, strong attention to detail, and outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
• A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-oriented approach, with a genuine passion for creating exceptional candidate and internal hiring experiences while building high-performing teams.
