Role Description

Are you a top-tier recruiter in Mexico looking to place elite LATAM talent with US founders and executives? We’re hiring a fully remote Senior Recruiter to own our regional pipeline from day one!

• Source Executive Assistant, operations, marketing, and senior administrative candidates.
• Run rigorous, structured screens (résumé reviews, written assessments, video intros, live interviews).
• Evaluate candidates on both substance (experience, tools) and presentation (camera professionalism, English fluency, energy).
• Maintain a standing pool of ready-to-endorse candidates to turn around shortlists in days, not weeks.
• Match candidates to client briefs and build polished endorsement packages.
• Keep the ATS strictly updated and recycle strong candidates for future roles.
• Consistently hit weekly sourcing, screening, and shortlist targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience (with 2+ years placing admin, EA, or ops talent).
• Experience recruiting for US/international clients (you know exactly what a US executive expects).
• Fluent, professional written and spoken English.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, Workable) and LinkedIn Recruiter/Boolean sourcing.
• Exceptional judgment to hold the line on quality, even when high volume is tempting.
• A reliable home office setup (fast internet, quality headset, quiet space).

Requirements

• Nice to have: Remote-staffing/BPO background, multi-country LATAM sourcing experience, or skill in building interview rubrics.
