Role Description

We are seeking an exceptional Senior HR Operations & Executive Specialist to serve as a strategic partner to our leadership team. This high-visibility role requires deep expertise in BambooHR and modern HR technology suites. You will take full ownership of our HR infrastructure:

• Managing candidate pipelines
• Screening resumes with sharp discernment
• Drafting offer letters
• Maintaining compliance
• Providing high-level executive support

Qualifications

• BambooHR Expertise (Mandatory): Proven, hands-on administration experience in BambooHR (custom reporting, workflow automations, database management).
• HR Tech Stack Fluency: Proficiency across modern ATS platforms, digital signature tools (DocuSign/PandaDoc), and Google Workspace.
• Proven Track Record: 4+ years in HR operations, recruitment coordination, or high-level executive support roles.
• Language & Communication: Native or near-native written and spoken English with sophisticated executive presence.
• Core Qualities: High cognitive ability and discernment, relentless attention to detail, proactive process ownership, and 100% discretion with sensitive data.
