Role Description

As a Senior Hiring & Internal Mobility Partner, you’ll support full lifecycle recruiting across a variety of technical and nontechnical functions, including R&D, Product, Go-to-Market, G&A, and Professional Services.

• Help hiring teams move searches forward.
• Develop and engage talent pipelines.
• Maintain reliable recruiting operations.
• Create a responsive and inclusive experience for every candidate.
• Support onboarding and orientation activities.
• Independently navigate complex searches, competing priorities, and ambiguous business needs.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders ranging from individual contributors to executive leaders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive recruiting, talent acquisition, talent operations, or related experience within technology, cybersecurity, startup, or similarly fast-moving environments.
• Demonstrated experience serving as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers and senior business leaders.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate concisely and navigate challenging conversations.
• Demonstrated judgment in navigating ambiguous, sensitive, or rapidly changing business situations.
• Ability to translate business objectives into recruiting strategies while remaining highly capable in hands-on execution.
• Demonstrated AI fluency and regular use of generative AI within professional workflows.
• Experience creating or implementing AI-enabled workflows, automations, agents, or other technology-driven process improvements.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use recruiting data, market intelligence, and business context to inform recommendations.

• Apply AI and automation to improve sourcing, research, candidate engagement, and team productivity.
