[Hiring] Senior GTM Recruiter @Omni

Role Description

We’re 300+ people today, with plans to hire 150+ more over the next year. We’re looking for a Senior GTM Recruiter to play a key role in scaling our go-to-market organization. You’ll join at an exciting stage where you can be a true builder, take ownership, and help shape how we hire as we grow.

You’ll own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of GTM roles, from intake through close, partnering closely with our VP of Sales and GTM leaders to scope roles, set a high hiring bar, and build strong pipelines in a competitive market. Roughly 80% of your time will focus on GTM hiring, primarily in North America, with opportunities to support other functions as business needs evolve.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of GTM roles, including Account Executives, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, BDR, and Sales Leadership, from kickoff through offer close.
• Partner with hiring managers and executives to define what “great” looks like, structure interview panels, and keep pipelines moving with urgency.
• Build proactive, repeatable sourcing strategies to engage passive talent through LinkedIn, VC talent networks, and referrals.
• Maximize Ashby's capabilities to streamline recruiting workflows and improve the experience for candidates and hiring teams.
• Independently manage and prioritize competing searches in a fast-paced, lean environment.
• Bring market insights, competitive intelligence, and talent trends to leaders to inform hiring strategy and workforce planning.
• Use recruiting data and metrics to identify bottlenecks, improve efficiency, and drive better hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant time at a high-growth B2B SaaS company or startup.
• 3+ years focused on GTM hiring, with a proven track record across AEs, SEs, Professional Services/Customer Success, and/or BDRs.
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and brings structure to evolving environments.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to improve recruiting workflows.
• Elite sourcing skills and a proven track record of filling hard-to-hire roles.
• Data-driven approach to recruiting, using metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve results.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and executives.
• Hands-on experience with Ashby.

Nice to Haves

• Experience recruiting and closing sales leaders, from frontline managers to senior leadership.
• Experience recruiting across international markets, particularly EMEA and/or APAC.
• Experience scaling GTM teams at a venture-backed startup (Seed through Series D).
• Experience recruiting across R&D or G&A functions.
• Experience recruiting at companies in the data analytics or Business Intelligence (BI) space.
