[Hiring] Senior Compensation Analyst @Tidi Products

Role Description

The Senior Compensation Analyst is responsible for designing, administering, and analyzing compensation programs that support TIDI Products' ability to attract, retain, and motivate high-performing associates. This role serves as the primary compensation subject matter expert and provides leadership in:

• Job architecture
• Market pricing
• Salary administration
• Incentive compensation
• Sales commission programs
• Compensation analytics
• Compensation governance

This role partners with business leaders, HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to ensure compensation programs align with TIDI's compensation philosophy, business objectives, and financial goals while maintaining market competitiveness and internal equity. It plays a critical role in supporting growth initiatives, organizational changes, acquisition integrations, and strategic workforce planning.

This role can work remotely, but ideally would live within 2 hours of our NEENAH facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• Five to eight years of progressive compensation experience.
• Experience administering salary structures, incentive plans, and compensation programs.
• Experience conducting job evaluations and market benchmarking.
• Experience partnering with Finance on budgeting and forecasting preferred.
• Experience supporting acquisitions, organizational changes, or compensation integrations preferred.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Multi-site or global compensation experience preferred.

Requirements

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Experience with compensation survey tools and market pricing platforms.
• Experience with HRIS systems, preferably UKG.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
• Power BI or advanced reporting experience preferred.
