[Hiring] SAP SuccessFactors Payroll/Time Tracking Consultant @Next Generation Inc

Role Description

Next Generation, Inc., an HR Path company, is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Payroll / Time Tracking Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and Time Tracking solutions. This is a hands-on functional consulting role focused on:

• Gathering requirements
• Configuring payroll and time management solutions
• Supporting testing activities
• Troubleshooting system issues
• Ensuring successful delivery of client projects

The ideal candidate will have experience working directly with business stakeholders, HR, payroll, and project teams to deliver effective payroll and workforce time management solutions. Candidates with consulting experience and strong SuccessFactors Payroll and Time Tracking expertise are highly preferred. This is a fully remote role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and/or Time Tracking
• Experience configuring payroll and time management solutions within SuccessFactors
• Understanding of payroll, timekeeping, attendance, absence management, and workforce management processes
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions
• Experience supporting testing, troubleshooting, and production support activities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and project deliverables
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications

Requirements

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification (preferred)
• SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking certification (preferred)
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification (preferred)
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI) or other integration tools (preferred)
• Experience working in a consulting environment (preferred)
• Experience supporting global payroll or multi-country implementations (preferred)
• Knowledge of Employee Central, Time Off, and other SuccessFactors modules (preferred)
• Experience with SAP HCM or S/4HANA integrations (preferred)
• Experience working within Agile project environments (preferred)
