[Hiring] Recruitment Specialist @NXTThing RPO

Role Description

As a Seasonal Recruitment Specialist, you'll engage with candidates to assist in their recruitment process. Your responsibilities could include:

• Conducting outbound phone screenings with potential candidates in a respectful, professional, and friendly manner.
• Engaging in candidate care activities, including outbound calls, chat support, and monitoring shared inboxes.
• Assisting candidates throughout the onboarding process.
• Executing background administration and monitoring.
• Accurately updating candidate responses in our applicant tracking system.
• Extending verbal employment offers to qualified candidates.
• Assisting with additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience conducting phone interviews or candidate care activities preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Bilingual English/French.
• Proven interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Dependability and professionalism.
• Ability to work under minimal guidance while delivering trackable results.
• Extreme ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task and problem-solve with a can-do attitude.
• Excellent computer skills specifically with experience with MS Office Products.
• Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems concurrently.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and recruit for multiple positions to meet deadlines.
• A quiet work environment in your home, free from distractions.
• A home computer (desktop, laptop) with a good internet connection.
• A personal mobile phone.
