[Hiring] Recruitment Manager @Doncasters Group

Role Description

As Recruitment Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping how Doncasters attracts and hires talent across our global business. Leading a team of four direct reports across the US, UK and Germany, alongside two indirect reports in the US, you’ll bring people, priorities and opportunities together to deliver a seamless, consistent and effective recruitment service. You’ll keep the team motivated, workloads balanced and vacancies moving, ensuring we find the right talent at the right time.

• Use recruitment data and insights to track performance, spot opportunities and drive improvements.
• Streamline processes and enhance the candidate experience to deliver better hiring outcomes and greater cost efficiency.
• Take ownership of recruitment agency partnerships and Preferred Supplier List (PSL).
• Work closely with the Communications team and key stakeholders to bring the Doncasters employer brand to life.
• Manage the careers site, keeping vacancies fresh, accurate and engaging to attract talent.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and best practice, with experience supporting recruitment across multiple countries within a global organisation, ideally the UK, US and Germany.
• Experience of managing high-volume recruitment and balancing multiple vacancies and hiring demands within a team.
• Understanding of recruitment metrics and the ability to use data to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Experience of managing recruitment agencies, supplier agreements and recruitment costs, with the ability to negotiate effectively where required.
• Excellent organisational and workload management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing recruitment demands.
• Strong people leadership, coaching and team development skills, with experience leading, supporting and empowering a team of recruiters.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to process compliance, alongside a proactive approach to continuous improvement and process optimisation.
