Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this critical role, you will serve as the operational anchor for talent acquisition, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and memorable candidate experience. You will manage complex interview schedules, streamline candidate communications, and collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to drive scheduling excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Interviews: Schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring efficiency and a positive experience for candidates and interviewers.
• Candidate Point of Contact: Serve as the primary liaison for candidates, providing timely updates and support throughout their hiring journey.
• Maintain Records: Keep meticulous records of candidate progress, feedback, and hiring metrics in the ATS.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to prepare and distribute interview materials and candidate information.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or a fast-paced administrative role.
• Proven proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever).
• Strong track record of improving or scaling scheduling workflows for high-volume recruiting teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability to changing priorities in a high-growth environment.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and scheduling tools.
• A passion for delivering a top-tier candidate experience and a collaborative spirit.

Requirements

• $40 per hour
• Standard business hours, 5 days/40 hours a week - 8am to 5pm (flexible based on timezone support)
• Work is performed 100% from home with no requirement to travel.
• This is a stationary position that requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards as well as to talk or hear by telephone.
• Ability to sit or stand as needed.
