Role Description

Our Client is seeking a resilient, phone-forward Recruiting Associate to serve as the foundational support hire for their recruiting operations. Responsible for owning the front end of the recruitment funnel, this professional will:

• Build targeted lists of passive industry candidates.
• Execute high-volume cold outreach (40 to 60 dials daily).
• Conduct initial phone screenings.
• Maintain complete ATS data hygiene.

This seat offers direct mentorship and a clear, long-term progression path toward full-desk executive recruiting.

Qualifications

• Background in US-facing recruiting, staffing, RPO, or BPO environments, including direct outbound cold calling to US contacts.
• Proven ability to sustain daily outbound call targets of 40 to 60 dials per day to passive candidates.
• Fluent, highly confident spoken English with clear pronunciation for cold calling US business leaders, paired with polished written English for client-ready candidate notes.
• Hands-on experience using Boolean logic and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for passive talent identification.
• Full commitment to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Mountain Time, Monday through Friday.
• Quiet dedicated workspace, high-speed internet with a backup power/connection strategy, personal computer, and a professional headset.

Requirements

• Recruiting experience within construction, restoration, engineering, manufacturing, or skilled trades.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as Loxo, Bullhorn, or Greenhouse.
• Exposure to retained executive search models rather than high-volume transactional staffing.
• Comfort leveraging AI tools for talent research, list generation, and sequence messaging.

• $1,800 – $2,200 USD monthly base salary (reviewed at 90 days), plus performance compensation starting after day 90 ($40 per client-ready screened candidate + 5% of collected placement fee on sourced candidates, providing $300–$800 USD/month in added earning potential).
