Role Description

Immediate need for a talented Recruiter Assistant. This is a 06+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in U.S (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist recruiters with scheduling interviews with candidates
• Refer applicants to specific position openings
• Administer pre-employment forms and tests
• Check references and process changes regarding employee status

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a recruitment or administrative role
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in using scheduling tools and applicant tracking systems
