Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition: Identify, engage, and recruit top mortgage industry talent for our clients through proactive sourcing, screening, and relationship-building strategies.
• Education Sales Promotion: Promote EMAC Recruiting Academy’s education and training programs, engaging prospective clients and candidates through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Client Relationship Management: Foster relationships with mortgage companies, banks, and credit unions, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Candidate Development: Mentor and guide candidates through the career development process, offering insights and support for their professional growth.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and track education sales activity, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential enrollees and helping to drive enrollment goals.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions in our CRM, supporting efficient follow-up and reporting.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in recruitment or sales, ideally within the mortgage, finance, or education sectors.
• A natural ability to connect with people and promote education and career development solutions with enthusiasm and credibility.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to build rapport quickly and foster long-term relationships.
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities in a high-activity environment.
