[Hiring] Recruiter @Altametrics

Role Description

Join Altametrics as a Recruiter and play a key role in scaling our enterprise software and professional services teams. You'll work closely with Hiring Managers and the Head of Recruitment to identify top talent; primarily focused on growing our sales, marketing, accounting teams and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. This is a full-time remote role that offers a collaborative environment and the opportunity to make a direct impact.

• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, referrals, and your personal LinkedIn profile.
• Screen resumes and conduct video interviews to assess skills and culture fit.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage the full hiring cycle using ATS and CRM.
• Administer assessments and support the Head of Recruitment as needed.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience through timely communication and transparency.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality industries is preferred.
• Proven success recruiting for sales, accounting, development, and customer-facing roles.
• Strong sourcing skills across platforms such as Indeed; with the ability and willingness to use LinkedIn as a recruiting tool.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Requirements

• $5.00-$8.00 USD BASE PAY PER HOUR (Paid bi-weekly via Payoneer/Paypal)
• 40 HOURS PER WEEK (Weekends Off)
• PACIFIC STANDARD TIME (Night Shift)
