[Hiring] Senior Director of People Experience @DCX

Role Description

DCX Senior Director of People Experience shapes how every employee experiences DCX. Reporting to the EVP of Culture, this role develops and executes a long-term people experience strategy that strengthens employee engagement, enhances workplace culture, supports employee well-being, and drives retention across a growing, geographically distributed workforce. The Senior Director provides strategic leadership to the Events, Client Hospitality, and Wellness teams and partners with executive leadership to design meaningful, scalable employee experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications, or a related field. An advanced degree or relevant professional certifications are preferred.
• At least ten (10) years of progressive experience in employee experience, employee engagement, organizational culture, people strategy, or related functions, including significant senior leadership responsibility.
• Deep understanding of engagement strategies, workplace culture, well-being, and retention drivers.
• Experience leading large-scale engagement, wellness, recognition, or culture initiatives for distributed or large employee populations.
• At least ten (10) years of experience overseeing teams responsible for large-scale company-wide events and employee programs.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience developing and managing significant departmental budgets and negotiating with external vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and modern collaboration tools.

• Manages budgets, vendor negotiations, and resource planning, and measures program ROI.
• Builds strong partnerships across People, Talent, Operations, Marketing, and executive leadership.
• Leads cultural initiatives through periods of organizational growth, change, and transformation.
