Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in an agency or in-house environment
• Experience recruiting Health & Safety professionals is preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to assess candidates against job requirements and hiring manager expectations
• Experience supporting remote, offshore, or global teams is preferred
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms, including Greenhouse and LinkedIn
• Fluent in spoken and written English

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment Support
  • Manage sourcing, screening, and candidate coordination for open roles within the Health & Safety Consultant Group
  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, databases, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs
• Screening & Evaluation
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit
  • Evaluate candidates against job requirements and established performance standards
• Stakeholder Coordination
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment pipeline status and hiring progress
• Process Optimization
  • Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes during periods of organizational growth and integration
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Greenhouse applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
  • Deliver a positive, professional, and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Represent the company's culture of inclusion, performance, and continuous growth in every candidate interaction
