Role Description

We are seeking a driven, proactive Recruiter to join our People team, someone who operates like an owner, not an order-taker. This is a high-autonomy, full-cycle role for a go-getter who thrives without a playbook handed to them:

• Support the full-cycle recruitment process across our global teams.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and role requirements.
• Develop and execute customized recruitment strategies.
• Leverage innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent.
• Help coordinate a smooth start for new hires.
• Continuously look for ways to improve how the People team operates.
• Promote our company culture and values to prospective candidates.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from job requisition through to offer acceptance.
• Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Build strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as a true talent advisor.
• Customized Recruitment Plans: Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies.
• Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Proactively source candidates using creative techniques.
• Candidate Assessment (Culture Index): Help incorporate Culture Index into the hiring process.
• Data-Driven Recruitment: Track recruitment metrics and trends to improve strategies.
• Employer Branding: Champion and promote the company's employer brand.
• Offer Negotiation: Lead offer negotiations and close candidates effectively.
• Onboarding: Coordinate start-date logistics and help guide new hires.
• Process Improvement: Flag inefficiencies across the hiring lifecycle and drive practical fixes.
• Global Recruitment: Support recruitment efforts across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including exposure to global talent acquisition.
• Proven track record of developing and executing customized recruitment plans.
• A self-starter who works with limited oversight.
• Experience supporting new-hire onboarding.
• Experience with Culture Index or a similar behavioral assessment tool is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Working knowledge of employment regulations and market trends.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting for the Trading Card Game, Collecting, or broader Hobby industry is a strong plus.
