Role Description

We're growing and are almost always hiring. We need a recruiter who is fast, decisive and focused on results. This is not a traditional HR recruiting role. We don't measure success by resumes screened or interviews completed. Success is putting great people into the right positions quickly.

When you see a strong applicant, we expect you to move. Review the resume, call them, determine if they're a fit and get them in front of the decision maker quickly. If we find the right person, we hire them. We don't wait until every resume has been reviewed.

• Understand what makes someone successful in each role.
• Write and manage job postings.
• Review applicants quickly.
• Conduct phone screening interviews.
• Move strong candidates to decision makers quickly.
• Manage candidates through offer acceptance.
• Maintain our recruiting pipeline in Manatal.

Qualifications

• Previous full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong judgment and confidence making decisions.
• Experience recruiting internationally or for North American companies.
• Experience with Manatal, Workable, Greenhouse or similar ATS software.
• Comfortable working North American Eastern Time hours.
• Someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment where results matter more than activity.
