Role Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior People Science Consultant to serve as a trusted advisor to senior HR and business leaders. This is a strategic consulting role focused on helping organizations design effective employee listening strategies, interpret workforce insights, and drive meaningful organizational change.

The successful candidate will combine expertise in People Science, Employee Experience, Organizational Psychology, and Executive Consulting to help customers turn employee feedback into actionable business outcomes.

The consultant will work closely with executive stakeholders, including CHROs, HR leaders, and business executives, guiding them through employee listening programs, insight reviews, organizational change initiatives, and Employee Experience strategies leveraging a leading employee listening and engagement platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Employee Listening Strategy
  • Design and deliver enterprise employee listening programs.
  • Develop listening roadmaps aligned to organizational goals and business priorities.
  • Define success measures, governance models, and measurement frameworks.
  • Advise on survey methodologies, program design, and listening best practices.
  • Help organizations establish sustainable employee feedback strategies that drive continuous improvement.
• People Science & Employee Experience Advisory
  • Provide expertise in employee engagement, organizational psychology, and employee experience frameworks.
  • Guide customers on research-driven approaches to employee listening and engagement.
  • Interpret engagement data, benchmarks, and key drivers of employee experience.
  • Explain and apply People Science principles to support workforce transformation initiatives.
• Executive Insight Consulting
  • Analyze employee feedback and identify organizational trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Translate complex data into clear, executive-level recommendations.
  • Facilitate strategic discussions with senior leadership teams.
  • Deliver executive presentations, insight reviews, and consultation sessions.
  • Support leaders in developing action plans that improve employee and business outcomes.
• Organizational Change & Adoption
  • Advise customers on change management and organizational effectiveness strategies.
  • Support leadership teams in building high-performing and engaged cultures.
  • Help organizations move beyond measurement toward meaningful behavioral and organizational change.
  • Enable managers and leaders to create accountability and drive action from employee feedback.
• Viva Glint Advisory
  • Act as a strategic advisor on Microsoft Viva Glint capabilities and employee listening best practices.
  • Guide customers on engagement programs, reporting, benchmarking, action planning, and Employee Experience strategy.
  • Support customers in maximizing the value of Viva Glint as part of their overall listening strategy.
  • While deep technical implementation is not required, the consultant should understand how Viva Glint supports employee engagement and organizational transformation objectives.
