Role Description

Are you technically capable, detail-oriented, and ready to take the next step in your Microsoft Cloud consulting career? We’re looking for an Associate Microsoft Cloud Consultant to join our growing consultancy team and support the delivery of Microsoft 365 and Azure solutions across a wide range of customer environments.

In this role, you’ll work as part of a structured delivery team, supporting real-world customer projects under the guidance of experienced Senior Consultants. You’ll be hands-on in implementing, configuring, testing, and supporting Microsoft Cloud technologies, helping ensure projects are delivered to a high standard and customers see real value from their cloud investments.

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of defined delivery activities across Microsoft 365 and Azure, contributing directly to successful project outcomes.
• Configure and support services such as Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, Purview, Defender, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Deliver Azure services spanning identity, compute, networking, security, and management.
• Support migration, testing, and cutover activities.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during delivery and early life support.
• Produce clear technical documentation to support handover and ongoing operations.
• Engage professionally with customers during delivery, representing Applicable as a capable and trusted consulting partner.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions in customer environments.
• Solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Azure platform.
• Methodical and delivery-focused.
• Comfortable working independently on assigned tasks while collaborating closely with senior colleagues.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Experience in a consultancy, MSP, or partner environment is an advantage.
• Exposure to Microsoft Teams Voice or involvement in solution design discussions would be an advantage, but is not essential.
