[Hiring] People Relations Specialist @DCX

Role Description

The DCX People Relations Specialist (Labor Relations) will work as a full-time internal employee at DCX. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by your designated internal team. The daily tasks will vary, so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well with co-workers
• Desire to learn new work skills

Qualifications

• A degree in Communication, Human Resources, or Psychology
• 3+ years of professional experience in Human Resources
• 1-3 years of professional experience in Labor Relations

Requirements

• Highly proficient in both spoken and written English, able to convey information clearly and professionally
• Genuine commitment to Human Resources, with particular interest in Labor Relations
• Highly organized and accurate with information, able to multitask effectively across competing priorities
• Proven track record of completing tasks on strict deadlines while following guidance and direction
• A team player who stays flexible within the HR function and thrives in a dynamic, changing role
• Comfortable working with Microsoft 365, Asana, Various Microsoft Office productivity software, Various web portals, Various communication applications

Benefits

• Salary Grade: PHP 25,000.00 to PHP 30,000.00
