Role Description

The People Partner serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and teammates, helping drive a high-performance culture while ensuring a positive team member experience. This role partners closely with supervisors, managers, directors, and business leaders to provide guidance on:

• Employee relations
• Performance management
• Organizational effectiveness
• Engagement
• Workforce planning
• Compliance

The People Partner plays a critical role in supporting business results by:

• Helping leaders effectively manage and develop their teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive Human Resources experience
• Experience handling employee relations matters, investigations, and performance management processes
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices
• Ability to influence and build credibility with leaders at all levels of the organization
• Strong conflict resolution, coaching, and consultation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Experience utilizing HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations

Requirements

• HR Certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR)
• Experience supporting leaders in a multi-site or remote environment
• Experience with organizational change management initiatives
• Experience developing leadership capability through coaching and training
• Experience supporting workforce planning and organizational design efforts
• Healthcare, revenue cycle, or service industry experience
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics
• Experience facilitating training sessions and leader development programs
• Strong understanding of engagement, retention, and culture-building strategies
