[Hiring] People Operations Manager @Assembly Software

Role Description

As our People Operations Manager at Assembly Software, you'll own the operational core of how Assembly hires, pays and supports its people. This is a growth-track role. We're hiring the person we expect to become our Director of Employee Operations and who will grow with our organization.

What You'll Do:

• Run payroll, benefits and HR operations.
• Own onboarding and offboarding end to end.
• Lead recruiting for every role below Director level, with recruiter support that can flex up and down with demand.
• Partner closely with our EVP, Human Resources on employee relations and performance management.
• Handle policy questions, everyday concerns and performance documentation.
• Address higher-risk matters with the EVP as trust builds.
• Map our people processes and fix what slows them down.
• Lead the rollout of the tools that support people processes.

Qualifications

• Four to seven or more years in HR or People Operations.
• Hands-on experience running payroll and benefits.
• Experience owning full-cycle recruiting, not just scheduling.
• Sound judgment on employee relations.
• Able to spot broken processes and fix them.
• Experience using AI as a working tool.
• Desire for a bigger role while understanding the fundamentals are how to earn it.
