[Hiring] People Operations Intern @Remotebase

Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive People Operations Intern to support day-to-day human resources activities. This role involves:

• Assisting in executing end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires
• Preparing and managing employment contracts and related documentation
• Following up with new joiners to ensure timely completion of onboarding requirements
• Maintaining and updating onboarding trackers and employee records
• Coordinating with internal teams, including the Growth team, for seamless onboarding and communication
• Ensuring accuracy and organization of HR data and documentation

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• Good command of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
