[Hiring] People Operations Generalist @RevenueCat

Role Description

RevenueCat is growing quickly, and we're looking for a People Ops Generalist to help us build a People experience that can scale with us. This is a highly hands-on role where you'll own and improve the systems, processes, and programs that support our employees throughout their journey at RevenueCat.

You won't just support an international workforce — you'll continually learn how to employ people in new countries and navigate different EOR platforms, employment models, benefits, immigration, compliance, and other global People Operations challenges.

You'll have the opportunity to help shape what comes next, using AI and automation to rethink workflows, building more scalable onboarding and employee experiences, and finding better ways for employees and managers to get what they need without adding unnecessary process.

This role is ideal for someone who loves the details of People Operations and is equally excited about making those underlying systems and operations better. You'll have room to learn, experiment, build, and take on increasingly complex problems as RevenueCat grows, with meaningful ownership over how our People Operations function evolves.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or a similar role at a fast-moving tech company.
• Hands-on experience managing employee data across HRIS, People systems, and documentation, with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage recurring operational processes reliably.
• Resourceful and curious, able to research and solve new challenges.
• Excited to improve People Operations through AI, automation, and thoughtful system design.
• Clear, warm, and thoughtful communicator across different audiences.
• High-ownership and comfortable with ambiguity, able to create structure where needed.
• Discreet in handling sensitive employee information and confidential processes.
• Experience supporting a remote team and using tools like Notion, Slack, and Zoom.
• Ideally, experience supporting a global workforce, including working with Employers of Record (EORs) or employees across multiple countries.

Requirements

• Learn RevenueCat's People Operations systems, policies, and employee lifecycle within the first month.
• Get up to speed on our HRIS, EOR partners, global employment models, and core People programs.
• Support onboarding and serve as a first point of contact for common employee questions.
• Identify areas for improvement in current People processes through better systems, automation, or AI.
• Own day-to-day People Operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data, lifecycle changes, and first-line employee support within the first 3 months.
• Coordinate recurring People programs such as new-hire feedback cycles and performance processes.
• Partner with EOR providers and external experts on global employment, immigration, and country-specific questions.
• Keep People documentation and playbooks accurate and user-friendly.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and reduce repetitive work using AI or automation within the first 6 months.
• Independently own core recurring People Operations workflows and proactively manage needs, deadlines, and risks.
• Lead operational research for hiring in new countries and redesign key People workflows.
• Own employee data quality and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Be a trusted owner of RevenueCat's core People Operations infrastructure and employee experience within the first 12 months.
• Anticipate operational needs and solve problems proactively.
• Research unfamiliar People Operations challenges and recommend solutions.
• Take ownership of increasingly complex People programs and projects.
