[Hiring] People and Culture Business Partner @Hapana

Role Description

You'll be the People & Culture partner for our USA, Brazil & UK team and the right hand to our Director of People & Culture when it comes to supporting and growing our USA, Brazil and UK business.

• Own the People experience on the ground, partnering closely with leaders to build high-performing teams.
• Coach leaders through performance conversations and handle complex employee matters.
• Spot risks before they become problems and help build the People foundations for growth.
• Move comfortably between strategy and execution.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in People & Culture / HR.
• Strong experience across both People Operations and HR Business Partnering.
• Strong working knowledge of USA employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience supporting employees across multiple states.
• Experience partnering directly with senior leaders and managers.
• Experience building, improving and scaling People processes in a growing organisation.
• Experience supporting distributed or global teams, particularly across the USA, Brazil and UK.
• A relevant qualification in HR, Business or a related field is valued.

Requirements

• Confidence independently managing employee relations and performance management.
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to balance the needs of our people with the needs of the business.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Experience with TriNet and payroll administration is highly regarded.
• Confidence working with HR systems such as BambooHR or similar.
